The Green-Hope Foundation, Inc. has partnered with Top Scholar Tutoring Services to provide academic advancement to students who are interested in excelling beyond expectations. Top Scholar Tutoring Services was founded by Jarvis Green in 2018 to assist students in identifying strategies to support learning and academic performance enhancement. Founder, Jarvis Green, received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics from Norfolk State University in 2015. In 2018, Mr. Green received a Masters Degree in Math Education from Grand Canyon University.
